Janet Jackson tapped Jermaine Dupri, Ciara, Fabolous, and Busta Rhymes for a remix to “Feedback”. I would’ve liked it if they flipped the beat a little bit to make it a true remix, but everyone brought a nice flavor to the track. Click here to listen

I like the artists she tapped for the remix… all but J.D. but I understand that’s his wifey. She definitely could have switched up the beat, but it doesn’t look like she worried too much about the remix other than an opportunity to tap some rappers (and Ciara, which is interesting)
I think Ciara hopped on the remix on her own accord rather than Janet reaching out to her. I remember reading that Ciara loved the song so much she decided to remix it. I think it’s a little late for them to be coming out with this remix though (kind of like how Trey Songz had 50 remixes to Can’t Help But Wait). I think she should push “Luv” as her next single for the R&B crowd and let “Rock With You” heat it up for the dance crowd.
