Mariah Carey performed a song from her new album called “Migrate” on SNL. I really want to rate this song but I can only understand about 20% of what she is singing. Seriously, when did Mariah become one of the mumbling singers? The beat is hot, and perhaps when I can actually hear the lyrics I will like it. Oh yeah and the song features T-Pain. The performance was pretty lazy and Mimi looked like “ya’ll ain’t paying me enough to be here” lol. Still love her though…
What do you guys think of the performance and the song? Do you think “Migrate” will be a better single than “Touch My Body”?

I watched SNL on Saturday and I thought both Mariah’s performances were lackluster.
In her defense, though, she wasn’t supposed to perform–she was actually a “last minute” replacement for Janet Jackson, who dropped out because of the flu.
It’s to early in the morning for me to be listening to a new tpain song.
I liked the song. I have limited experience watching mariah perform, so i do not know what to expect.
girl the performance was horrible but damn that song is on FIRE! it’s going to blow up bigger than Touch My Body… you know Mariah, she never puts out the absolute good shit first, she lowers her standards like on “Like That” and then releases a song that blows the first one out of the water when in comparison. lol! One of the worst Mariah performances ever. She didnt do herself any justice with this one. Love the beat though.
