Yes, American Gangster DVD Screener has leaked and you can cop it from your favorite bootlegger at your favorite barbershop. Yes, Jay-Z’s American Gangster advance album is available for illegal download at your favorite blog not named Honorable Media. Yes, Jay-Z’s “Ignorant Shit” was leaked as an unreleased “Blueprint” track back in 2001. Yes, the 2007 version of Ignorant Shit is the best Jay-Z song I heard since 2001. (Maybe because it was made in 2001, lol It was the first song made for The Black Album.l). Better than “Dirt Off Your Shoulders,” “Change Clothes,” “Bonnie and Clyde,” “Show Me What You Got,” etc. Yes, American Gangster IS Jay-Z’s best effort since the Blueprint. Yes, I love that “Hello Brooklyn” joint and that should be his next single.

After hearing you say this album is his best since blueprint I’m tempted to download it instead of buying it like I planned to but since I love Jay Z so much I will buy his album because i’m sure it will be worth it.
I could not rush to comment on this post…. “Hello Brooklyn” is one of the worst songs i have every heard from jay-z. But i have to agree with ignorant sht, that was one of my favorite tracks a few years back.

horrible, i like stripped down beats, but it is really really bad to me…. it is just the beat is so bad.

I’m disappointed with Jay taking this old ass song and trying to recycle with a Beans verse and a new horrible verse on the end… Jay you let me down (pause)

1. Extremely busy at work for the past week and change and can’t blog for fear of losing major focus…..Nearing the end of Q4 and brotha gotta produce so he can have a great Christmas… (i miss ya’ll doe)
2. I have not and will not listen to anything from Hov till the 6th. I have stated it before and maintain my stance. It’s killing me inside cause my mans and em from New York is like, “yo son, you heard that “Success” joint?” I’m like, “Nah b!” He’s like, “you’re wildin son!” I’m like, “perhaps but I’m waitin duke…holla at me!”
So yes, come Nov. 6th/7th….expect a very lengthy thesis from me cause as Jay’s biggest fan or one of em….i’m being very meticulous with the kind of comments I leave for American Gangster or any of the tracks …….
