Rrrrrawse- “Career Criminal” (listen)

A lot of people say Rawse is wack but honestly, he’s probably the only dude under the Mason Dixon that i will listen to. lol. I actually bought Port of Miami and I dont feel like it was a bad cop. I will admit that Rrrrawse needs to upgrade his topic game cause talking bout traffickin and coke and criminalizing is very tired. I think what I like about Rrrrrawse is the fact that he has very good production behind him, he doesnt have a team that he’s ridin, and his swagga is crazy…i like the slow flow he has on tracks and I can understand what he’s sayin. lol. On his 1st cd he was like, “i’m bad, im strapped” like 3 times in a row but each time he said it with a lil more energy and the beat meshed perfectly. Anyway, so “Career Criminal” finds Rrrrawse talkin bout what he knows best but he does add some imagery and a lil bit of lyricism. He has that Pac edge on this track! I’m feelin da beat……RRRRRRRAWSE. “I’m into trafficking, i mean travellin” lol…nice line. But it’s lines like that that have cats locked up!

The Lox- “We’re Back” (listen)

Sheek Louch- Sheek’s potency has improved over the years. He dropped a decent 16!! “I’m in the trash can like i’m Oscar” hehe…

Jadakiss- Absolutely ridiculous verse. “I mean to offend you. If you dropped a cd in the last 10 years, then my DNA is in you” craaaazy!

Da Ghost- Decent verse from Styles P. His flow was smooth and gritty as always… Nice way to end the track.

Evidence ft. Phonte- Let Yourself Go (rmx) (listen)

Track produced by Alchemist. I need to do some more research on Evidence. He had a nice verse on this. Phontigga killed the track. Lyrics, flow, presence was just immaculate!  Phonte- “If you aint got a plan, then you are not a man” Phonte’s flo, however, had a characteristic Andre 3000 feel to it. What do you think?
